I was a fan of the Redykulas trio of Toni, Nyambane and Kiarie. With their departure from the comedy scene while they persued their individual projects, the one time side-kick Churchill has taken the mantle and launched Churchill Live, a brand new comedy show on NTV. A few clips after the hop…
I will keenly follow his progress. From these clips i notice that he is still struggling, trying to find his footing in a show that threatens to be larger than he is, and recycled jokes from the Redykulas show is not helping any.
I wish him all the best. What is your opinion?

He’ll find his footing. You get to see people who you’d otherwise not otherwise watch, like Shikuku. Mike Rua is/was funny. At least among NTV’s recent patriotism at 7.30 his show is the only one that seems watchable. among the Beba bebas, wash and set and doctor mutua’s Cobra Squad.
The show is gaining some footing…around campo, everyone is scampering when th@ githaa nears…it will be the Tahidi High of Nation.
oh and that word u used in yua profile ‘wont’ i once used it and ‘everyone’ read editors drew daggers that i got all my sense and tense wrong.i fought for it and am glad to see it in use…i’ve been wont to use ancient ‘archaic english that i cant explain where i picked.by the way, there is this new collins dictionary that is the custodian of such…the faust chronicle, give us a review!

Churchhill has been fun all the way and am proud of this guy coz he just had one tour in the USA,and while watching cable here he borrowed something and he’s doing great and Just wishing him well.
He is funny!
Why is the show called Churchill live if it is recorded two days earlier?
My only problem with him is that he tries too hard, comedy is supposed to look effortless. But I still watch it. The Patrick Njiru interview was a yawn though. But I agree with Msa, Mike rua was hilarious
I think churchill is doing pretty well, keep it up some kenyans are just out to discourage, i have just watched four episodes on youtube

His guests are a good choice mostly. I hope he can keep up so they don’t dry up. This is unlikely though with his mix of politicians, musicians, newscasters etc etc. It was good to see ‘The Voice’ Jeff Koinange.
Did his telly have to be positioned behind his guests so they have to get up from the seats and turn around to see it? Just a question.

This is one show that makes my thursdays, and makes me look forward for thursdays. Anyone I know usually is panctual for this show. Could it be longer? Keep it up man.
