I learn with immense shock and awe that wearing a short skirt in Uganda will be an offence punishable by law, at least if the Ugandan Ethics and Integrity Minister, Nsaba Buturo.

I’m A PC, Microsoft’s Latest Commercial.

There is a third Microsoft advertisement. No kidding! They, for anything, at least get an A for effort.
Did they finally get it right? I think they might have cracked this sucker! AND it evokes a giggle or two.
